The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Origin Publishing Limited for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket. The terms do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

The copyright and all other rights in all of the material on this site are owned by Origin Publishing Limited or the material is included with the permission of the rights owner. As a visitor to this site, you may copy material on this site for your own private or domestic purposes, but no copying, adapting or transmitting for any purpose other than your own private or domestic purposes is permitted. You can stitch and sell any of the designs from Chart Shop, our magazines or on www.cross-stitching.com so long as the proceeds are given to charity. We suggest that if possible you include a credit on the back of the design for both the designer and ourselves. And as many of you already know, we are unable to give permission for copying charts to sell or make into kits or any stitching or selling which constitutes a business.

Orders
All orders will be subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of charts are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming your order with further emails enclosing the charts in pdf format. It will state what the products are, the cost and your order number. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.

Payment
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of charts.
